Thank you for registration for APTM 2025 at Association of Domestic Tour Operators of India (ADTOI).

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with your registartion, We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for services that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Association of Domestic Tour Operators of India (ADTOI), 305, 3rd Floor, Padma Tower-2, 22, Rajendra Place, New Delhi-110008.

  • APTM 2025 registration refer to the items offered for sale.

  • Website refers to Association of Domestic Tour Operators of India (ADTOI), accessible from www.adtoi.in/APTM-2025

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Cancellation Process

You are entitled to cancel Your registartion within 1 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling a registartion is 1 days from the date on which You received the first registration confirmation no.

In order to cancellation of your registration, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: support@adtoi.in

We will process your full refund no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the cancellation request.
Refund will be credited to original payment method within 3 business days. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such refund.
